Air Asure Inc. Changes Name to Canadian Air & Water, Inc.

April 11, 2007 - As a result of recent negotiations, the company has been directed to change it's name to Canadian Air & Water, Inc. with a renewed focus to delivery both air and water technology solutions to the Canadian market. The repositioning of the company will include adopting some of the world's most advanced water systems for home, commercial, industrial and community infrastructures.

This represents a more thourough view of delivery products and solutions to engage the general problems of air & water quality, however more specifically addresses the greater threats associated with the possiblity of a viral pandemic.
